My favourite part is that you are absolutely unconventional. You always come with an element of surprise and fun, from using certain frameworks to looking at me sometimes almost like a therapist, but also like a friend. I think probably that's your superpower- you are not conventional.
You're naturally funny and quite shocking at times. I enjoy that I don’t enjoy it sometimes. But it's the safest of safe places, and that sort of takes some of the pressure off of living, if I'm honest. Just to know that actually you can talk about pretty much anything that's bothering you, that's stopping you being at your best in a role, you know, as a human, etc.

I also effectively networked with other managers and recruiters at other big consulting firms. I met with the Chair of a charitable organisation that I want to volunteer for.
Ultimately, Monica gave me the tools to be brave and approach my goals with confidence. A tool that will be valuable for my entire career and personal life.
